Application for visa should be submitted at least seven working days prior to date of departure.
Persons holding passports of the following countries do not require prior visa, provided they are genuine tourists. They will be given Thirty (30) days visa, free of charge, on arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake, Sri Lanka. However, should they wish to extend their period of stay for more than thirty (30) days, up to a period of three (03) months, a prior visa should be obtained.
